There’s post leg day soreness, then there is whatever the hell I’m currently experiencing. I feel like my quads, hamstrings and glutes are bruised. Usually it’s just soreness when you activate the muscle, but right now I have to sit on a pillow to study using my desk chair. That can’t be right lol. If I didn’t have a life to tend to I wouldn’t mind this, but I got shit ta dooo. It gets better.. Tomorrow is going to be even worse for pain. Day after the day after is always the freakin’ worst.
